What you can expect.
Your Responsibilities.
- Carrying out operational purchasing, including ordering, appointment tracking and inventory monitoring
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers, including regular performance reviews
- Expansion of the supplier network with international producers for high-quality natural products
- Work closely with logistics and scheduling teams to ensure on-time deliveries
- Optimize inventory levels through data-based decisions to avoid overstocks or shortages
- Negotiation of prices, conditions and delivery times to optimize purchasing conditions
- Identification of savings potential and efficiency improvements in the supply chain
- Support in optimizing purchasing processes and cost structures
- Processing and reviewing procurement contracts to ensure compliance and legal requirements
- Early identification and implementation of market and industry trends, especially in the area of sustainable raw materials
Your Qualifications.
- Training in the areas of business, logistics or purchasing
- Ideally several years of experience in strategic purchasing, preferably in online retail or in a logistics company
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build sustainable supplier relationships
- Analytical thinking and a strong understanding of numbers and data analysis
- Solution-oriented, structured way of working with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Sound knowledge of ERP and merchandise management systems
- Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
- (other language skills such as Ukrainian, French or Spanish would be an advantage)
