From energy project to pallet-goods platform.
Thirteen years, one direction: what began in 2013 as a renewable-energy idea in Saxony is today the omnichannel supplier for DIY pallet goods – producers, logistics and retail from one source.
The milestones
Founded in Saxony
3NRG GmbH starts on 15 February 2013 – the name stands for "Energy": renewable-energy projects and the associated raw-materials trade, a 1,000 m² trading site for solid fuels and garden products, three employees.
The leap online
Own ERP system, first online shop with pallet delivery across Germany, listings on the major marketplaces, new warehouse in Bischofswerda. Awards: "Best Saxon business concept", "Best of IT & Logistics", "Innovative company" (BAFA).
Brands instead of goods
The consumer shop is relaunched as paligo.de; animal bedding joins the range. Because the market for natural products lacked reliable quality, 3NRG builds its own brands with uniform standards: HEIZFUXX®, GALAMIO® and STROY®.
Europe and responsibility
Producer network across Europe, first own-brand productions, STROY® at the Partner Pferd fair, new corporate design, social engagement with the St. Marienstern monastery, packaging switched from plastic to paper where possible, pellet range extended.
New home in Burkau
Foundation stone for the new company building with transhipment hall in 2022; move from Bischofswerda to Burkau in 2023 with around 45 new jobs in administration, logistics and warehouse.
Automation and omnichannel
Automated packing and palletising in Burkau, over 100 producers in the network. Sales become omnichannel: marketplaces plus DIY chains OBI, HORNBACH, BAUHAUS and Leroy Merlin, B2B sales built up, FSC® chain-of-custody certification.
Focus: the pallet-goods platform
On 1 July 2026 the consumer shop PALIGO® becomes an independent company. 3NRG withdraws from running its own B2C shop and concentrates on product, logistics and marketing – as the omnichannel service provider for pallet goods.
