2013
'13 | 3NRG founding of trading business

From the idea to the realization. On February 15, 2013, 3NRG GmbH, which stands for energy and innovation, was founded. The first range of products for the direct sale of solid fuels and gardening products was available in a 1000 m² store.​

The 3NRG team consists of 3 employees.

2014
'14 | 3NRG starts online trading

In addition to the day-to-day business in the local store, the development of the individual merchandise management system begins. The first quality standards for products are set and the first shop "rohstoffversand.de" goes online. This also marks the start of intensive shipping of general cargo deliveries to the end consumer, free curbside, within Germany.

2015
'15 | Conquering the online market

The range of solid fuels, horticultural products and seasonal items such as road salt or charcoal is listed on all leading online marketplaces.

To cover demand and ensure delivery, a new main warehouse is being built at the Bischofswerda site.

2016
'16 | Branding

3NRG is starting a re-branding of its online business to clearly communicate to the end consumer what it is all about: "Pallets in motion!" The online sales branch "rohstoffversand.de" is becoming "PALIGO®". Along with the re-branding, an extensive redesign of the online shop and sales platforms is being carried out.

'17 | 3NRG Quality Assurance

The market for natural products has so far hardly been characterized by reliable product quality. 3NRG is therefore introducing uniform quality criteria for goods and the declaration on packaging at all production sites. Assortment-related own brands are being developed to ensure quality.

2018
'18 | Europe is conquered

3NRG is opening new production sites across Europe, thereby expanding its retail network. The first own branded products are produced and launched for online retail.

The merchandise management becomes more individual and optimized for internal processes as well as the logistics area.

The 3NRG team now has 10 employees.

Own trade fair appearance with the STROY® brand at Partner Pferd in Leipzig. Presentation to introduce the brand and the quality animal bedding products behind it.

2019
'19 | 3NRG Social Task

Revision of the concept of the 3NRG corporate design with redesign of the company website. Expansion of the sales structures for wholesale through cooperation with building material dealers and DIY stores.

Redesign and optimized concept for the online shop "paligo.de".

Redesign of the STROY® brand. First presentation stand in the new guise at equestrian tournaments. STROY® becomes sponsor of Marvin Jüngel, an up-and-coming show jumper.


Development and establishment of the "fairHolz" brand. A long-term project is being created with the St. Marienstein Monastery to support socially disadvantaged people and fair, certified trade in wood.

3NRG is expanding its team and now employs 18 employees and trainees in customer service, purchasing, sales, warehouse management as well as in accounting, IT and marketing.

2020
'20 | Naturally environmentally conscious

Expansion of the Heizfuxx® own brand with the wood pellet product range. Three new products are established.

More paper - less plastic! Switching to paper as packaging material. Redesign of Stroy® animal bedding products. Clear goal: to become more ecologically sustainable.

Optimization of the online shop www.paligo.de with improved user guidance and design.

3NRG is expanding its team to 22 employees in social media management, purchasing, sales, logistics, accounting, IT and marketing.

2022
'22 | Groundbreaking ceremony

In July of that year, the foundation stone was laid for a new company building with an adjacent transshipment hall. The old office and storage rooms as well as the pick-up market were no longer sufficient due to increasing customer demand, the growth of the company and therefore the number of employees.

3NRG will be Freudenberg's new sponsor partner with the PALIGO brand. From the new 2023 season, the motorsport team will be called Freudenberg KTM Paligo Racing.

3NRG is expanding its team to 28 employees by the end of the year.

2023
'23 | Move to Burkau

In March of this year, the company moved from Bischofswerda to the new premises in Burkau. The new location has created up to 45 jobs in administration, scheduling and warehouse logistics. By the beginning of April of this year, 3 new employees had already been hired.
