What you can expect.

Your Responsibilities.
- Customer support and consulting in the internal sales department (via phone and email) as well as handling customer service tasks
- Telephone acquisition of new customers in cooperation with the field sales team
- Preparation of offers, orders, and order confirmations
- Order processing from order placement to delivery
- Handling complaints and returns
- Support for sales campaigns and promotions
- Market and competitor analysis
- Maintenance of customer master data in the ERP/CRM system
- Close collaboration with the field sales team, logistics, and accounting

Your Qualifications.
- Completed commercial training (e.g., industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or equivalent)
- Professional experience in inside sales is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with an ERP system
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Independent and structured working style
- Ability to work well in a team
