1. Marketplace fulfilment: pallets to the end customer

Amazon, OTTO, Kaufland, eBay, Hornbach, OBI or your own platform – we are the pallet logistics behind the listing.

Five countries, one process

Kerbside pallet delivery in Germany, Austria, Czechia, Poland and the Netherlands – more countries in preparation. Notified delivery with tail-lift, tracking and proof of delivery.

Data feed and order interface

Product data with EAN, images, specifications and stock levels as a feed; orders via API, EDI or marketplace connector. Prices per delivery country.

Own stock in three hubs

Hubs in eastern, western and southern Germany, over 100,000 pallets a year. Year-round range: fuels in winter, garden in summer, bedding always.

Customer service and returns included

We answer delivery questions, handle damage claims and returns in the name of the marketplace – in German, English, Czech and Polish.

2. Omnichannel retail chains: the Instore Marketplace

Retail chains and franchise networks sell pallet goods on the shop floor without stocking a single pallet. The store shows the product on a promotion area and keeps take-away sizes on the shelf. The customer orders by QR code, at the terminal or at the till – 3NRG delivers on demand to the kerb or to the store for collection (Reserve & Collect).

What we set up together: listing in your ERP, aligned prices across all channels, continuous availability ("two green lights") and a promotion area near the entrance. The chain keeps the customer and the margin – without capital tied up, without old stock.

Yes. Delivery notification, delivery note and customer service can run under the name of the marketplace or retail chain; the goods carry our brands or your private label.

As CSV/JSON feed, via API or via common marketplace connectors. Stock is updated several times a day, prices per delivery country.

A listing in the ERP, aligned prices, a promotion area with sample goods and a way to order in store (QR code, terminal or till). We provide the rest: stock, logistics, service.
